Best for: business owners who are comfortable managing their own accounts and just need the technical setup handled correctly.

Google Workspace setup involves domain verification, DNS configuration, security implementation, and account creation. It's not impossible to do yourself, but it's easy to get wrong. We handle all of it so you start with a clean, correctly configured setup.

After setup, you're the admin. You add users, manage billing, and update settings yourself. If you need help later, we're available.

Setup Billed hourly — typically 2–3 hours: $100/hour
Ongoing support As needed: $100/hour

Path 2 — We manage it for you.

Professional email, without becoming your own IT department.

Best for: business owners who want professional email without the admin work.

We handle the setup and stay on as your email administrator. That means we manage your account, take care of any technical issues, add and remove users as your team changes, and handle troubleshooting — so you never have to think about it.

The managed plan includes two hours per month of support. If more is needed, additional time is billed at a discoutned $50/hour.

Google Workspace is billed directly by Google, separately from our fees. Pricing depends on the plan and the number of users — plans typically start around $7/user/month for small teams. We'll walk you through which plan makes sense for your team during our first conversation.

Nonprofits

Nonprofits may qualify for Google Workspace at no cost.

Google's Nonprofit program offers eligible 501(c)(3) organizations access to Google Workspace at significantly reduced or no cost. If your organization qualifies, we'll help you apply. Nonprofits on our managed plan pay $25/month — our standard managed rate — on top of whatever Google charges, which for qualifying nonprofits may be very little or nothing at all.

We handle the setup

We take care of domain verification, account configuration, and getting everything working on your devices. If you're migrating from an existing email provider, we'll plan that with you and handle it as part of the setup.

You're up and running

You walk away with professional email at your own domain, correctly configured, working on your phone and computer. On the managed plan, we stay on from there. Self-managing? We hand you the keys and stay available when you need us.
